Based in Bluffton, South Carolina, Yvonne Hermina-Biebel is a private investor with a long-standing career in the construction and design-build sector. For almost thirty years, Yvonne Hermina-Biebel has played a leadership role in building and operating successful firms across New York City and Connecticut.

Yvonne Hermina-Biebel established Art Metal Industry (AMI) in 2008, positioning the company as a leading metal fabrication and design–build firm serving the New York City region. AMI collaborated closely with organizations such as the MTA, Port Authority, NYC Department of Transportation, and Parks Department on public art installations, innovative streetscape designs, patented safety and access solutions, and complex flood control projects.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Hermina-Biebel helped launch J. Frederick Construction, Inc. in Milford, Connecticut, in 1993 and was instrumental in developing it into a diverse construction and fabrication company. Under her leadership, the firm completed commercial and infrastructure work for a broad client base that included entertainment companies, government entities, and transportation agencies.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Hermina-Biebel is deeply engaged in philanthropy and preservation efforts, particularly in automotive history and education. She is an avid collector and enthusiast, supports youth restoration programs, and has donated historically significant artifacts to national museums.

She is also the founder of Yvonne’s Attic, a family-run antiques enterprise. In her personal time, she enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors with her dog, and pursuing her interests in art, antiques, and design.
